Mary has been in the financial services industry since 1986. After a 16-year extended care giving experience with her mother, Mary began to shift her focus to specializing in long-term care planning and long-term care insurance in 2000.

Her mother was uninsurable for long-term care insurance, causing unintended and serious financial and emotional consequences to both of them. This experience has made Mary passionate about solving the looming long-term care financing crisis many in our country will face.

She consults with wealth managers, financial advisors, and estate planning attorneys in designing long-term care insurance plans for their clients. Her holistic approach focuses on educating individuals about the need for long-term care planning and explaining the options available to them.

While these decisions can be confusing and overwhelming, Mary's experience and extensive industry knowledge are key to helping her clients navigate the process.

Mary's support does not end at the close of the sale. She continues to foster life long relationships with her clients and their families throughout life's stages.

Mary holds the prestigious Corporation for Long-Term Care Certification (CLTC) designation, and is a member of the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance (AALTCI).

Jami Thompson began her career in the financial services industry over 18 years ago and has focused on long-term care planning for the past 12 years.  Her experience has taught her that often people are simply not educated about the risks and costs of needing long-term care. She believes in the importance of helping clients understand and prepare a plan for themselves and their family.

Jami is multilingual and speaks English, Spanish, and Cambodian.  When she’s not working with Mary, she enjoys hiking, reading, crafting, and volunteer work in Southwest Washington where she lives with her husband and their two dogs.
